The Atlas 2 is an easy intermediate wing for beginning and leisure pilots who want a confidence-inspiring wing that still offers great XC possibilities.
The Atlas 2 aims to offer comfort in a wide range of conditions but with enough performance in climb and glide to keep a smile on your face.
easy inflation and smooth take-off
well-damped pitch control in strong conditions
comfortable and reassuring handling with a well co-ordinated turn
long and progressive brake travel for a wide safety margin
useful ”thermal sniffing” ability
improved real world performance in weak and strong conditions
extended weight range (S and M sizes) for flying at higher wing loadings
During the development of the Atlas 2, one of the aspects the Gin R&D team worked on was optimising the 3D shaping and sail tension for increased performance. Chief designer Gin Seok Song explains:
“The Atlas 2 project enabled us to use the latest technology from our competition wings in a lower-aspect ratio design.
Optimising the 3D shaping and sail tension gave us a bit more performance, and also a better feeling in the air. The glider is more damped in pitch which means that you don’t lose energy when gliding in moving air. The Atlas 2 also has a tendency to sniff out thermals by turning towards the core. And then, once you’re inside a thermal, the low aspect ratio and inherent stability help you get the most out of every thermal core, even the more turbulent ones.
We also worked on making the wing as easy to launch as possible, especially in stronger winds. Take-offs are a critical moment of a flight, so it’s really important that the wing comes up progressively and smoothly and doesn’t demand too much from the pilot.
There are so many pilots who don’t fly hundreds of hours a year and who just want to reduce their exposure to risk without losing too much of the fun factor. For these pilots, we think the Atlas hits the sweet spot.”

The Gangster 2 is an agile freestyle glider with a comfortable safety margin. Ideal for wagga sessions and working on acro skills, it’s also a wing that will let you thermal all day, or even go cross-country.
From freestyle to acro
The Gangster’s precise, agile character makes it ideal for freestyle and wagga. Playing with obstacles is effortless and fun, and despite the dynamic feel, the glider retains a comfortable safety margin.
The Gangster is also acro-ready. Brake inputs translate quickly and precisely into motion and all basic acrobatic manoeuvres are possible. SAT’s, helicopters and big wingovers have never been easier. The wing has a clearly defined stall point and a firm brake pressure, which helps you learn the timing for deep stall and helicopters.
From relaxed thermalling to thrilling manoeuvres
While some freestyle gliders can be difficult to thermal, the Gangster has excellent climbing characteristics – you can thermal comfortably all day long. Be free to choose your flying style according to your mood!
When it comes to manoeuvres, the deep stall is easier to achieve and the glider shoots less during recovery. With the Gangster 2, we took the lower sail vents from our acro wing, the Rage, and went a step further. The vents span between the B/C and C/D lines in the centre of the wing. This helps to enhance the internal pressure during negative manoeuvres.
Choose the size that suits your style
The Gangster 2 is available in 2 sizes. Size 22 is certified EN C, whereas the size 20 shares the same essential flying characteristics. Both sizes are load tested (EN 926-1) to over 12g with a load of 120kg. In fact, thanks to the latest state-of-the-art construction techniques, the load test was actually done until 14751N!
- Air vents on the bottom surface for better internal pressure in negative maneouvres
- Light but durable construction
- 4-line design for better support across the entire chord, especially the rear of the glider during deep stall manoeuvres
- Fabric selected for ideal compromise between durability and light weight: 38g/m2 front top and bottom and 32g/m2 rear top and bottom
With the Yeti Xtrem, you can transform your quick fly-downs into memorable soaring flights. Whether you’re into hike ’n fly, para-alpinism or just simple flights on a trip, the Yeti Xtrem has you covered.
When you sit in the Yeti Xtrem, the first thing you notice is the comfort. So the next time you encounter great flying conditions, you can enjoy them for as long as you like.
The Yeti Xtrem is, of course, light. In fact, at 260g it’s one of the lightest harnesses on the market. The harness is constructed from the highest quality dyneema-webbed material, the same well-proven material that’s used in our Genie X-Alps harness. That means the harness is as light as possible without sacrificing comfort or durability.
A complete flying experience
When you sit in the Yeti Xtrem, the first thing you notice is the comfort. So the next time you encounter great flying conditions, you can enjoy them for as long as you like. The Yeti Xtrem offers refinements both on the ground and in flight. On the ground, you can now easily strap in with crampons or ski boots just by opening the leg straps. In flight, you can find your ideal semi-supine position, thanks to the carefully thought-out geometry and adjustments. You also get a real speed system that works efficiently across the whole range and ensures a comfortable flying position. Whenever you push the speed bar of the Yeti Xtrem 2, you will feel the difference compared to other lightweight harnesses.
The Rage is designed for advanced acro pilots wishing to perform helicopters, infinity tumblings, Rhythmic and McTwists with the maximum amount of power, control and stability. The Rage gives an incomparable feeling of power through the brake handles. It reacts very precisely to brake inputs and recovers easily from stalls and spins. This improves the safety and easiness of heli-connections, giving an overall feeling of efficiency.
The Rage is the product of a long period of constant testing and development by the GIN R&D team pilots.
The first Rage prototypes in 2012 introduced for the first time the “lower sail vents”. The vents are closed when the wing is flying normally, but in a stall, the vents open to increase the internal pressure in the wing. The wing is also highly supported by Rigifoils, which enables the smooth performance of even the most radical manoeuvres. The elliptical planform aids stability during stall manoeuvres.
The Rage dominated the three Acro World Cup competitions in 2013, taking first place in the synchro category in all three competitions.
Adrian Hachen and Michael Maurer (aka “Spälti Acro Team”):
“To perform the best synchro-manoeuvres, it’s important that the wing reacts predictably. Only when the manoeuvres can be repeated the same way, can they be synchronized and formed into a show. Thanks to the dive of the wing we can perform pitch-pendulum without speed bar. And with the precise and predictable stall behaviour of the Rage, we can push the limits of Acro flying.”
The Rage is available in 2 sizes. The Rage 17 is aimed at advanced acro pilots and competitors, and the Rage 19.5 is suitable as a first acro wing or acro glider for heavier pilots.
If you're pushing the limits in freestyle or slalom competition, you need a dynamic wing that will help you unlock your full potential whilst always reacting in a precise and predictable way. Developed by Laurent Salinas, Peter Schulz and the GIN R&D team, the Carve could be just the wing that you have been dreaming about!
Dynamic and responsive
The wing is dynamic and responsive, designed to be flown at high wing loadings. with excellent performance, stability and a wide speed range. Advanced pilots will appreciate the control options provided by the 2D steering: depending on your speed and the turn you would like to make, you can either pull down the centre of the glider or only the wing tip.
Maximum speed and performance
The Power Attack system, designed for advanced pilots, offers increased speed and responsiveness by combining trim and accelerator actions. With trim open, the RPM power is also boosted, which means more power when you need it and great fuel economy.
Stability and ease-of-use
Take off is surprisingly simple for such an advanced wing, the wing comes up in a progressive manner and the pilot is quickly airborne. The wing is smooth and well-damped in the air, particularly at speed. Landing is similarly easy, and is even controllable on the brakes with trim open.

GIN test pilot Laurent Salinas explains the philosophy behind the Pegasus 2
“Your first wing is one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make. One of the biggest problems we see is beginners choosing to start with wings ‘to grow into’. Such wings are often too hot and the result can be broken props, scraped knees and worse.
Instead, when you start with the right wing, you will learn faster and be more safe in a wider variety of conditions.
We believe good take-off characteristics are the most important quality for a beginner wing. During the Pegasus 2 development, we spent a lot of time improving the inflation, making sure the wing comes up easy and straight in all conditions. We also made the take-off speed as low as possible, which means getting airborne is smooth and effortless.
We also aimed to make the Pegasus 2 a versatile wing that pilots could really have fun with. You can confidently fly the Pegasus 2 in midday thermals, both with and without a motor. The controls are responsive yet progressive – it’s never dull. The wing does whatever you ask it to, but at the same time, it’s still incredibly forgiving.
The Pegasus 2 is a ‘do everything’ wing that’s good for at least the first 2 seasons of your flying career, or even much longer.”
THE CLASSIC INTERMEDIATE PARAGLIDER, RE-ENGINEERED
If you're a leisure, club or cross-country pilot, the Sprint 3's carefully calibrated blend of handling, comfort, stability and performance will ensure you get the very best out of your flying.
From rising stars to seasoned veterans...
The Sprint 3 has been designed to hit the "sweet spot" for a majority of pilots. It's undemanding and comfortable to fly, yet sporty enough to be fun. And if you're in the mood to eat up the XC kilometres, you'll find plenty of performance under the gas pedal!
Easy and well-balanced but never dull
The Sprint 3 is a well-balanced wing that inspires confidence. The wing stays neutral above the pilot at all times, whether during take-off or on entering lift. The Sprint 3 has a natural flying character that helps you first find lift and then stay in it. Despite the comfort, the wing is never dull and the turn is direct and lag-free. Long glides are a breeze too, thanks to a useful reserve of speed.
A semi-light wing: the best of both worlds
The Sprint 3 offers all the well-known benefits of a lightweight wing but still remains a durable workhorse – thanks to the 38g/sqm and 32g/sqm fabric and fully sheathed main and mid lines. The weight savings are due to the smart optimisation of the internal structure. A unique trailing edge support, placed over the C attachment points, has allowed the removal of longer re-inforcements from the top surface. Nose plastics have been systematically minimized. Cross ports have been trimmed down with laser precision. The result is one lean flying machine: the Sprint 3 tips the scale at just 4.5kg (M).
